Berry Overnight Oats

Spend your warm weather months waking up to something chilled and flavorful. Summer is the season of good toppings, and by dressing up your overnight oats with raspberries and blueberries you'll start your warm days off with a filling burst of good flavor.

 

Raspberry Overnight Oats Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Easy Morning Mix

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • dash of salt

  • 1 tablespoon raspberries

  • 1 tablespoon blueberries

  • Optional toppings: nut butter, granola, sliced banana, apple, or pear

Instructions

Combine Easy Morning mix, milk, maple syrup, peanut butter and salt. Mix well to combine.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, top with raspberries and blueberries. Enjoy!
