Espresso Overnight Oats

Why not have some coffee with your morning coffee?
If you have an espresso machine then you understand how strong the urge sometimes is to make espresso at night, if only to fill your kitchen with that aroma. Is that addiction? Well welcome to your new and healthy outlet for caffeine addiction: make the espresso at night! Then mix it with your overnight oats and wake up the next morning to see what coffee-flavored oats can bring to your life.
Coffee Overnight Oats Ingredients
1/2 cup Easy Morning Mix
1/4 cup freshly brewed espresso
1/2 cup of milk of choice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-3 tablespoons yogurt
Coffee Sweet Cream Ingredients (optional)
2 teaspoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons instant coffee
2 teaspoons boiling water
Instructions
Combine Easy Morning mix, espresso, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well
Mix in the yogurt.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
(Optional) The next morning, prepare the coffee sweet cream. Whisk the maple syrup, coffee, and boiling water until creamy. Use an electric frother to save time. Stir into the overnight oats. Enjoy!
