Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats

Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats

Recipe adapted from Delicious Little Bites

It's a pretty classic smoothie, the one with peanut butter and banana and maybe some chocolate. You've probably had it. There was a smoothie place I once went to that called that smoothie the "Jimmy Carter". Nobody knows why. Name aside, it was an incredible treat.

We took out the chocolate because breakfast chocolate is a really specific attitude, but otherwise here it is, your breakfast version of what is objectively* the greatest smoothie ever to be named after an American president.

But we weren't satisfied there. For the Easy Morning breakfast, try including cinnamon and maple syrup in place of the omitted chocolate. Different attitude, same incredible results.

  • 3/4 cup of milk of choice

  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 banana (sliced)

Instructions

Mix the Easy Morning Mix and cinnamon in a jar.
